Public Speaker
I plan to continue to use my experiences,
education, and music in my social work career to
help victims of abuse and to educate society
about the realities of domestic violence, and its
effects on communities, families, and victims,
especially children.  In addition to singing about
such issues, I speak to various groups about the
dynamics of domestic violence, the effects on
children who have witnessed domestic violence
and PTSD.

I share my own experiences as a survivor of
domestic violence, as well as provide techniques
to help battered women and victims of abuse.  I
also discuss interventions to help individuals
suffering from PTSD.
